FeelGood IQ - Download Tips...

Before you begin your downloads, there are a few web browser
specific points that we would like to go over with you.

For Mac users:

When clicking on each download, the file will most likely start downloading immediately. Upon clicking on your first download, the 'Download' window (seen below) will appear.

Safari download window

If you then click to download another session, it may appear that the download hasn't started. In most cases it will have actually started; however the 'Download' window is simply no longer visible. To view the 'Download' window and review the status of your files you can go to Window -> Download from the main File menu, or simply hold down the Option, Apple and L keys on your computer keyboard. You can also minimise your Safari window as the 'Download' window is essentially sitting behind the main browsing window.

Once downloaded, your files may automatically open in iTunes. If they do not, you can locate the files in your download folder. By default this will either be the 'Downloads' folder within your user account or simply on the 'Desktop'. If you are unable to find the downloaded files you can utilise the search facility on your mac which can be located at the top right of your 'Finder' application (see below).

Enter the keyword
and your files will be
found automatically.

For Windows users:

Upon clicking on each download link, most web browsers will ask you whether you would like to either 'Open' the file or 'Save' the file (see below).

You will be asked to Open or Save the file

In both cases the file will be downloaded to your machine, however we would recommend selecting to 'Save' each file. This allows you to specify exactly where you would like the file downloaded to. We recommend saving the file somewhere easy to locate such as your Desktop or My Documents folder.

If you select to 'Open' rather than 'Save', the file will be downloaded to a temporary directory on your computer and will automatically open in your default media player (generally iTunes or Windows Media Player).

If after saving your files you are still unable to locate your FeelGood IQ files, you can utilise the search facility on your computer. This facility can be found in the 'Start' menu (see below).
